Over the years, the Company has acquired implemented projects that were subsequently developed further with more commercial sites, a better commercial mix, and contributed to a better performance of our partners. Another part of our projects are entirely developed by our team – from location selection, acquisition, project management, leasing to operation. The main goal of the Company in each investment project in commercial properties is to achieve more sales. For its relatively short history, the Company has reached a leading position among investors in commercial properties in Bulgaria.

The focus of our realized investments in commercial properties is on retail parks. Our expertise covers the entire process from analysis and location selection, acquisition, implementation of the investment project, leasing to operation.
We believe that maintaining common goals with our partners— the operators of commercial sites, namely achieving more sales, is the key to successful commercial properties. In this way, we manage to rationalize even the acquisition of existing commercial properties, achieving better results thanks to our expertise.
We invest substantial resources into the concept of each project, attested by the increasing number of visitors and their satisfaction.

Jumbo Plaza

Retail Park Jumbo Plaza is on track to become the largest retail park in the Balkan region, offering a comprehensive solution for its clients – shopping, indoor and outdoor entertainment, dining areas, and in the future, other supplementary functions.

Jumbo Plaza is located right next to the northwestern entrance of Sofia. The location benefits from Bulgaria and Sofia’s prime transportation network, with the European transport corridors A1 and A2 targeting the location. Direct access from the Hemus Motorway and the Sofia Ring Road  ensures that a significant portion of the country’s population, including all of Sofia, is within a 30-minute reach. The notable car traffic from Romania to Greece and from Eastern Europe to Turkey is another key aspect. Sofia Airport is just a 10-minute journey away. In addition to the first-class transport accessibility, there is also public city transport every 15 minutes serving the complex.

As of today, Jumbo Plaza has 30,000 sq. m. of retail space, housing some of the best-performing retail chains in the Bulgarian market. The complex includes typical large-area stores for a retail park and an addition of smaller retail units contributing to the diversity. A testament to the project’s success is the continuously recorded growth in sales and visitor numbers to the complex.

Trinity Capital AD plans to implement additional investment in the complex for the expansion of retail spaces, commercial mix, and a variety of functions. The expansion of Jumbo Plaza will be realized in several phases, with the final stage operating over 85,000 sq. m. of retail space, making it one of the largest commercial complexes in the Balkans.

Yambol

Retail Park Yambol is situated right next to the central city area of Yambol with direct access from a major city artery – Blvd. Krayrechen. The complex is accessible within a 30-minute journey from almost the entire Yambol region, and for a significant part of the city, it is also within walking distance. The described accessibility also includes the city of Sliven, further contributing to the potential for trade. In front of Retail Park Yambol, there is also a city transport stop.

The commercial complex has 12,000 sq. m. of leasable space, housing leading operators of retail chains, a variety of services, and dining areas. The commercial mix positions Retail Park Yambol as an important factor for modern trade in the area.

Retail Park Haskovo positions itself among the leading shopping destinations in the region, thanks to its strategic location on Blvd. Georgi S. Rakovski (a main arterial road for the area, connecting it to the international E80 highway). Within a 30-minute reach, a significant portion of Haskovo Region is covered, including Dimitrovgrad. The shopping complex’s proximity to the city center allows it to serve a large part of the population within walking distance. Right next to the retail park, there is also a bus stop for the city transport.

G-center Plovdiv has a strategic location for the northern part of the city of Plovdiv. The shopping complex is accessible through a direct connection to Blvd. Bulgaria—a key arterial road for the entire city. Within a 30-minute reach, a significant part of Plovdiv is covered, and in addition, due to its convenient location, the complex also serves all the smaller settlements northwest of Plovdiv with a short journey. Within walking distance is one of the fastest-growing residential areas of the city—residential area Zaharna Fabrika. Right in front of the retail park, there is also a bus stop for city transport.

Mega Mall

Acquired in partnership with AP Capital, Mega Mall is the only shopping center in the western part of Sofia, located in a key location for the largest residential quarter in the capital – Lyulin. The shopping complex is secured with direct access from the city’s primary street network – Tsaritsa Yoanna Blvd and Dr. Petar Dertliev Blvd. A significant part of the population of Lyulin is within walking distance of the location. The accessibility to the mall is secured by all types of public urban transport – bus, tram, and metro, with their stops situated in close proximity. Mega Mall has direct access to the shopping complex from the West Park metro station.

Despite the growing population of Lyulin, Mega Mall is one of the few and by far the largest area-wise destination offering spaces for modern trade, which is proven by the rhythmic interest from new retail operators wanting to conduct their business in the area.

An investment program is planned, aiming at the opening of new and attractive retail facilities, entertainment and dining venues, as well as the renovation of common areas.
